Easy Returns
We want you to love your Turtle Roll pieces 🤍
If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns on eligible items.
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in new condition

Items must be unworn and not used in the water

All original tags (where applicable) must still be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging

Any promotional items included with the order must also be returned

Proof of purchase is required

All returns must be requested before sending your item back.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Australia:
Returns are accepted with a flat return fee of $10 AUD, which will be deducted from your refund. -
International orders:
Returns are accepted, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at
info@turtlerollau.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order and place a new purchase once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping and postage costs are non-refundable

The $10 AUD Australian return fee will be deducted where applicable

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
